Canadian speaker company Mirage have been manufacturing quality products for over a quater of a century now (although have only recently broken into the UK market). They have done a lot of research on loudspeaker dispersion and have been responsible for some particularly unique products that benefit Home Cinema and MultiRoom installations.

The new OmniSat series
offers a completely unique solution for Overture. They produce remarkable
dispersion (360 degrees) which is ideally suited to home cinema systems
and applications where conventional speaker systems are inappropriate.
We have used the OmniSat system and their proprietry LF150 SubWoofer with
the speakers actually sat on the floor and have been amazed at the results.
